RETF Breeding, and housing

BryanR. Oct 08, 2003 06:12 PM

Say I had a 29 gallon tank, how many RETF's do you think can happily be housed in there? I plan on breeding, so what should my female, male numbers be? Just 1 and 1? Also, how much difficulty do you have breeding? I plan to have an untrasonic humidifier pumping air into it after I take the humidity down for 3-4 weeks and such. Thanks! also, who are the best buyers?

Two adults fit *comfortably* in there... you can keep three or four in there for about the first six months, though. I hear there should be more males than females (for competition), but you'd need more tanks, anyway, because people use rainchambers to stimulate their breeding.

Anyhow, there are a few RETF breeders that frequent these forums, so wait and see just what they say for specifics

Yeah, I plan on buying/making a misting system, for my Water dragon, FBT's and my future RETF's. And also using it for my rain chamber, and cooling device.
