""ok, today i was gonna add some plants to my leo tank, and when i took her out she jumped and fell into this cardboard box (which has my trash basket in it) and then she started flipping out, like wagging her tail all over the place and hissing a lil bit, so i picked her up when she started to chill out a bit, and i put her back in her tank, and she went straight into her hide. about 30 minutes later i took a look at her and her tail looks like its like bent upwards at the tip, and its pretty stiff feeling, so i was wondering if anyone had any ideas.....""

i thought about it, and i realized that possibly his tail had the effect of coming off, (the flipping and twisting) but possibly didn't come off, is that possible???

It could be what you described, but I think it is unlikely. Observe how it is walking, is there anything abnormal about it? I have had two leos take bad falls in the 11 years I have been keeping them. Both suffered trauma to there spine. One healed completly, and the other walks "funny" to this day. Give it a couple days and see if the tail goes back to normal.

the thing is though that it wasn't that big of a fall is was about hmma 3.5-4 feet? is that bad enough, and why would the tail wag that much? like it was moving a whooole lot, and really fast, and if what i thought might have happened what could i do? just go ahead and pull the tail off? imma definetely wait at least a week b4 i goto that.....
