Female panther CAN have colored dots, generally a blue tint to their cheeks in Nosy be or Ambanja females. But by the pic you posted I'd say I was 99 percent sure it's a female. Even if it was 4 months, as light of a brown as she was with little to no colors yet, it's pretty clear. The little 3 month old male Tamatave I have I think is beginning to show a slight amount of green on his head and a little on his sides. But his normal color is a darker brown color and his horizontal bar is bright white. I still think mine's a male, but I'll need a little more time to see. I guess it's theoretically possible for your panther to be a male, but at least from the picture it's unlikely. Post more pics if U want. Maybe our minds will change.
