Hi everyone! Just wanted to stop and introduce my boy Midas, he is perhaps 6 or 7 years old. I adopted him as an "adult" from a local shelter, so his age is really unknown, but he had all his grown up teeth when we got him, and they were CLEAN, so the vet figured young adult at that point. As you can see in the pic, he has a rather curly coat, and I am wondering, any other curly goldens out there?? I would like to hear of more! Thanks!

Terri

Hi Terri and welcome!

Midas looks like a real sweetheart! I like his coat. Makes him stand out. Hope you stop by often and share some stories about him.

What a cutie pie!

Hey, did I miss something? I have had the GR forum bookmarked for a long time and for the past week have been stopping by and noticing that there were no new posts. And then I found this. I'm not sure what is going on.

YEPPERS! (Hi again midas- met you in a chatroom..... I think for cats acctually. lol)
My two dogs have generally smooth coats, but Finnegan's has a bit of a curl to it. Macintosh''s is ALOT thicker, and gets matts all the time, it's a wee bit curlier than Finnegan's mostly under the tail and back of the legs area.....

Hope this helps..
