Hi Folks,
Well Simon and I started our 2nd advanced obedience class. Now he taking too barking!! Our classes before were in enclosed rooms. This venue is wide open with another class going on plus other dogs and people watching. Simon wants to talk to everyone and he is loud. The trainer said try this!! A citronella Collar. It is more humane than a shock collar. Simon tried it on and as soon as he barked a puff of spray came out. It surely did puzzle him and stopped barking. So I ordered one. They are expensive...$100 to $179. I found one for $99 at Petco online.
I have to keep up with all the new gadgets out there. Thought it would be helpful if you have a big barker.
