Sailor and Paris

sandypaws Jul 12, 2003 12:34 PM

Well, after spending hours on my old web site trying to fix the problems that just wouldn't be fix, I decided to take the easy way of posting pictures of my 4 - legged family. So if you're interested in seeing our new little girl please fell free to click on the link in my signature.
Also I placed the new pictures of our "Golden Garden." This is Barney's final resting place along with our 2 other goldens Sam and Sunny. The stepping stones mark wher they lay. Everyday I walk down our front steps and see my boys sun sucking in the garden. With butterfly plants, yellow and orange gerber daisies and a palm to give them shade as it grows.

Oh, Anita...what a lovely tribute to Barney. I mist up when I look at his pictures. Barney's light will always shine. Sailor and Paris are carrying the life torch now, and we look forward to many years of their life with you.

Thanks folks, I had to share this garden, it took me long enough to finish. As far as Sailor and Paris carrying the torch, well I couldn't agree more. All our animals are so different and to be fair you just can't compare. I love our little girl Paris and I am so glad we brought her into our lives, so is Sailor. He really loves having her around. She keeps him in shape, forcing him to play and vice versa.
Barney will always have that special place in my heart but Sailor and Paris are sharing that spot now and I have open my heart to them.

What a wonderful website you have put together! Great photos! I remember your describing the garden last November shortly after Barney died. It turned out beautifully.
