Could one border collie be able to pull a small sled for just myself for fun? I have been traing her with small sleds and a wagon, but wondred if it was possible for a boder collie to do so.

Hummm. . .depends on the weight issue of the sled and yourslef? (I'm not trying to be rude) What kind of sled? BC's are strong but, take into consideration the stress and strain on joints and muscles/bones, paws. . . remember that BC's usually only weigh no more than 45 to 50 pounds. Is this on snow and if so you might want to consider getting booties for your BC? Since you have already been training her with small sleds and a wagon, try adding a bit of weight and see how she handles it? Please write back and let us know!

Today I looked at sleds and tried to find very light weight sleds becasues she only weighs 43 pounds. I sat on the wagon and had her pull and she did well... I also look for booties. I am hoping to get another bc from a rescue to socalise her...

Going through rescue is a great idea. I wish you luck in finding a new companion. As far as sledding goes, it sounds like fun, be careful in how much weight you use and if you have any pictures to share we would love to see them!
