Hi there, I have a 4 month old English Bulldog called Mia who was in perfect health until last week. She has developed 'zit' type spots on her stomach and her skin has gone dry and flaky. My Vet gave me some treatment for her which works short term but I wonder if there is anything I can do to help her for the long haul? The Vet said that Mia's skin is bacterial and the treatment she gave was Stronghold - I always thought this was used to prevent Fleas and mites etc......
