Through my years of experience I have a method that will stop it instantly. If you do it a few times it'll never nip again. But to me that seems like a restriction that is unnatural. I like my dogs to "nip". If they did nothing but roll around as I play then that would seem odd to me. I never cared about nipping. Ever. Just as long as they don't take it to the next level. And they realize this very fast. I am 260lbs and about 6'3....I am pretty small and play really rough. I love to play rough whether it be my little cousins or my dogs. If any of them shows signs of discomfort them I tone it down a notch as they still appear like they want to continue.

Ok. I don't and never will care about the nipping. Maybe, some females and also some males, may not take the rough and tough dog we love in to its max. I run on average 3-4 miles per week. Yea I know I am pretty weak comparing to the marathon but personally train for strength and being of a larger frame and that doesn't apply, really. I amnot going to go into technicalities unless asked. My dogs run with me. I take them to burn the excess energy.

I have to go right now and would have put more info. But unfortunately, have to minimize time. Geesh, its Friday and friends are a callin' my friends.

I am going to tell you in the most basic terms. This is what you need to do.
