Breeding

My female dane was bred just one time, and then in a panick the female pulled out causing alot of blood loss, I quickly placed a ice pack to her to stop the bleeding, my question is it has been 63 days and then some. She has milk is fairly large, could she have a false pregnancy? No digging or looking for a place, nothning like that but her temp is around 100, so I'm abit worried. Any help would greatly be appreciated.

I don't know anything about breeding dogs, but I think this calls for a trip to the vet ASAP.
