What are the best protein and fat percentages for growing Dane puppies?

I have my 3 month old Dane puppy on Diamond Large Bred Puppy Formula. It is 27% Protein and 15% Fat. I have been reading where they shouldn't be on a food that is over 23% protein and 12% Fat. The only thing I can find around where I live that has a protein level any less than 26% is Pedigree Adult Food. It has 21% Protein and 9% Fat. Do you think I need to change her foods or keep her on the feed she is own now. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks
