Need help identifying breed

Hi, I am new to this board.I have a puppy that I need some help identifying. I have had her since July of this year. I am guessing she is about one year old, since she just had her first heat around Thanksgiving. She is about 15 pounds, has a docked tail, and looks like a little lamb. Her coat is white and wavy, but very soft to the touch. She has very long thin legs. People have made comments about miniature poodle or bichon, but I am just not convinced that she falls into this category.
I will take a picture of her and post it on this site, but in the meantime, I have posted a picture that was sent in an email that has puppies that look like Libby.
