savannah is doing great! the only thing is when we came home her food was scattered every where because she was mad at us for putting her in her caged area. but she is a joy!

No, she's not mad at being confined, she was probably just being a dog, playing. Don't get the idea that a dog does things just to get your goat. That leads to a not-very-good relationship with your dog!
