HI my red dachshund has black toenails untill it gets to the tips then it goes to a light brown almost pink if i let them grow and when placed next to my other dachshund with black nose her nose looks dark brown ??? this is just making me curious her pedigree says shes a sable but shes not a true one she is red with black and light cream colors mixed in I have had a red dachshund before but her nails were black no matter how long i let them get can someone explain if this might mean she is livernosed ? thanks heidi
