Cushing's Disease and Anipryl (selegiline)

MyDoxieLayla Mar 15, 2004 02:51 PM

My 11 yo doxie, "Layla" has been diagnosed with pituitary dependent Cushing's and started on Anipryl (selegiline is the generic name). Has anyone else out there had any experience with anipryl and Cushing's????

I can't give you any better advice than to join the WONDERFUL email list at groups.yahoo.com/group/CanineCushings-AutoimmuneCare

There are great people with tons of experience dealing with Cushings on the list, including the list owner, Caroline Levin, who is a human RN and the author of a book on Canine Cushings and other similar conditions called "Dogs, Diet, and Disease."

I wish you the best!
