Puppy TRANSPORTATION??? Who do you use? Transpet told me I am an inconvieniance to them...

Last night I had a horrible experiance. I had booked two pugs to be transported to there new families up North to CT, and Cape Cod. These families have been waiting for six weeks and the time had finally arived.
I bathed the puppies, had all done and ready to meet the truck which is an hour and a half away. I have done business with them for a year and never had a problem.
They called me at 8:45pm to tell me to meet them over three hours from my home.. ONE WAY. The truck driver also informed me that "actually I as a small breeder was an inconvieniance to them." (So they cater to puppy mills) JUST GREAT!!!!!!!!!!!!
I was and still am livid.
I have two families now upset and Transpet could care less. I booked both puppies over a month ago. I can't find any other company of course on such short notice.
I still have there money as I always pay as the puppies board the truck.
I would love to know if any of you have any other companies that you have had good luck with?
TRANSPET only charge $225. per puppy. My first experiance was receiving puppies from them.

When I bought my pup, it ended up being cheaper to buy myself a plane ticket and go pick her up. Although I realize if you are a breeder you can't go flying all over the place. But it could be an option occasionally for your clients.

I live in CT. I travel every week, around the country for work. I guess from your post you still have the puppies. Perhaps if we are headed you way in the next week or two, we could transport them back here to CT and their new homes.

if you are interested you can find my email on our website.

What the????????

Why don't you call the airport, contact Delta airlines "delta Dash" and they'll make an apppointment. Ship the dog and they pick up the dog at the friggen airport?

It will cost alot less than that too....

Have you researched before you considered shipping?
