This is the bill that is in the assembly to mandate liability insurance on all dog owners in NYS. This is a backdoor to breed specific legislation, and we need to do something about it.
I will post this on the message boards of the other breeds on the "dangerous breed" list and others that might be in danger of breed-specific legislation.
