Hello! My husband and I are going to have a look at a 7 lb miniature silver dapple black and tan rescue this weekend. The lady lives about an hour away, and she said she keeps her rescues at home until they are ready for new homes. This new girl, Harmony, is going to the vet tomorrow to get checked out and if everything looks okay, she will be up for adoption. If not, the lady said she'd keep her until she was done with medication etc., and then she'd adopt her out. I think it's great that she cares so much about this dog - she had tried to adopt her out to a couple with small kids but then took her back because apparently the couple had failed to tell her that they had small kids!! Anyway, she sounds really concerned for her dogs.... what questions should I be asking this lady? Any comments/questions would be appreciated!!
