At the moment I do not own a Uro as I am still in my research and planning phase. However, I have read that Sweet Potatoes are fine occasionally (as they contain oxalates) and can shredded.

I blanche them which is not totally cooked so they will still be a little firm. You don't want mush. I offer them rarely because they are high in vitamin A and oxalates. They are ok for a treat but not a daily food item that I would recommend.
