I have a 15/old GSD, he's having problems with his bowel movements. Please recommend food, suppliments, home remedies..anything to help him..

Have the veterinarian check him. This is a common problem, and what he needs may be pain medication for arthritis. Don't try to dose him at home with medication for humans. A lot of that is poisonous to dogs.

what food have you been feeding, what kind of problems is he having, and how long has he been having them. There are a number of things that can be done, but it does start with evaluating the current food.
Also, being 15 years old, I would recommend, if it hasn't been done recently, a full blood panel (including thyroid) to evaluate the overall health of the dog and see if there are any special needs.
