Puppy Questions! Help!

I have a beautiful little boy YT named Noah. He is just shy of 4 mos. I am an American living and working in South Korea. Recently I discovered 2 very small pimples...looks honestly like small nose "boogers" (lack of a better term) under his fur...one near his tail and the other near his belly. The Korean vet told me it is a fungus and he needs weekly anti fungal shampoos for the next 2 weeks as well as daily oral anti fungal medication for a month. It is not ringworm, they flake right off and he doesnt seem to scratch or be in any discomfort. I hate the idea of all of these meds. Any ideas?

Second Question: He eats so quickly, almost like he is starved not even chewing his food. He would eat all day if I let him. Is this normal in pups?

Third Question: He moves his ears back,,,usually right when he wakes up in the morning and when visitors arrive. Is this a sign that he is submissive? an affection sign? Its adorable..just wondering what it is.
Thanks!

On the veterinary issue, I've found it pays to find a vet you trust and then follow the treatment recommendations. If you're concerned it's overmedicating, you could try discussing it with the vet and see if an alternative treatment is recommended, or you could look for another vet.

Possibly the puppy eats quickly because it became a habit when competing for food with other pups in the litter. It is typical for dogs not to chew. It's also possible the pup has a problem that makes him extra hungry. You'll want to make sure he remains at a good weight, and the veterinarian can help you there.

Dog body language, like human body language, depends on the context of the situation. The same gesture means one thing in one situation and something else in another situation. I'd need to see the behavior and other things that are going on at the time in order to have an opinion about what it means.
