Puppy bitting

My 10 week old puppy Jesse will not stop bitting my 10 year old rottie. The rottie will only occasionaly growl or bite back. It has gotten so the rottie just stays up stairs where the puppy won't go.What can I do to stop this? Or is it normal? Will it stop once he no longer fits under the rottie? What should I do?

You'll need to control the puppy's behavior. Teach both of them to come when called for treats or games or whatever works, and call them to you whenever the biting starts. Otherwise when that pup hits a later stage of development, the Rottie is likely to put a stop to it in a more serious way.
