Bully_Breed Dec 27, 2004 08:56 AM

Jake is almost 4 years old now, and has just recently started to urinate will I keep him in his kennel at night. It's almost like he ias trying to mark his area. He has not been fixed but this has never been a problem in the past, can someone please give me help on this situation?

You should really think about having your dog neutered. The older they get the more susceptible they are to having some urinary problems such as prostatitis. There is also a greater risk of having cancer becoming a problem. Have you taken the dog to a vet to rule out any medical problems?

I have not taken Jake to the Vet as of yet. I did not think this could be a medical problem, I felt it was probably a phycological issue but i will call my vet for advice. Thanks
