update on Butterball's ear infection....

bellathecat Dec 30, 2004 07:06 PM

Butterball has another yeast infection again in her right ear. So now she on ear medicine she was one before and 2 antobotics (1 is stronger and 1 is milder). It cost us $215. Mom said we are going take the statement (covering up the name and cost) to other vet's office around the area and see if they are cheaper. If they are, we are going pull our animals out of this vet and go to the new one. Ever since the original vet retire and the one they have now, the cost has been going up and it getting the point were we can't afford the visit no more.

Antibiotics don't kill yeast infection. In fact, they can make it worse.
