So, I can use Nolvasan as a daily disinfectant to clean up the surface where a stool lands and to kill all or most of the microbes around like coccidia?...and it is completely safe to use while my beardie is in her home?

Nolvasan is used by vets for disinfecting their work areas and equipment because it's safe. I had to bathe my beardie (Mo) in a Nolvasan solution several times to help combat her yellow fungus disease. It has helped. Just don't get it in their eyes. I had to use Nolvasan solution to rinse out Ojay's mouth daily when he had mouth rot.
It smells nice and is an excellent choice for a disinfectant.
