wolf in need of home

wolflove Feb 12, 2005 06:22 PM

I have a timber wolf in need of a home. I got him under the impression that he was a wolf/shepard mix. But come to find out he is 100% timber wolf. I do not have the permitts (nor the money to aquire one) in order to keep him. He is 9 months old. He is very timid at first but is playful and loving when you earn this trust. Will help pay for transportation if needed. Can send pictures apon request.

I have a dumb question: how did you determine its a 100% timber wolf? actualy, they are all gray wolves.. "timber" wont show in a dna test...only pure wolf?

send me a private email with:

height, weight, name of vet or all vet info. Do you have the name of the breeder? if so..why are they not taking him back? they are irresponsible breeders not to take thier own animals back when someone cant keep them.....no matter what the reason.

good with kids? how about cats? other dogs? males, females?

pictures..yes..need em. front, back, side, head, paws.
house broken? what type of containment do your currently have? is he an escape artist? has he dug under? gotten out?

you see where im comming from...... we need it all.
we can help you but not without all this.

Have you found a home for him, yet? If not, my female WD needs a male companion. I do have experience with high contents and in my area, they are legal to have. email me at radar3000lr@yahoo.com if you wish to reply.
