New to Dogue de Bordeaux breed.

Katgrrrl Mar 10, 2005 02:19 PM

Hi all,

I'm getting a 2 yr old female DDB on Saturday. They are a beautiful breed.

Just wondered if there's any hints n tips I should know in advance.

Would like to see some pics from you fellow DDB owners, n I'll return the favour when I get her.

Nice to meet u all, hope to have some interestin chats in the future.

Thanx

Kat.

Hi Katgrrrl and welcome to the DogHobbyist. I don't have a DDB myself but I too think they are beautiful dogs. I hope some other owners of this breed stop by for a visit.

Kat,
Welcome to the breed. I also own DDB. You can see pictures of Purl & Quest of you go to the photo gallery and type in VAL911K9.
Was Roxy a rescue? Being she is 2 I am making an assumption.
Just remember they can be stubborn and as with any large working breed training is a life long thing <g>
