I got a 8 1/2 week old pit, its dad was a red nose and its mother was american, any suggestions , or thoughts or comments. and advice on anythign, thanks it is great appreciated

I would find a puppy obedience school to enroll your new pup in.
Also, expose your new puppy to many different situations. Bring your new pup with you as much as possible when you go places. Introduce it to cats, dogs, puppies, children of all ages, and elderly people. This will lead to a more well adjusted dog then one that sits at home waiting for you. When you do leave your pup home make sure you crate train it. It will keep the pup safe, and you won’t have to worry about a ruined home when your not there.

Hi and welcome to the board. I have no experience with the Bull Terrier but when I got my pup, I tried to expose her to as many different situations as possible. Another good idea would be to take it to a puppy class if you can find one in your area. You might also want to post your question on the "Your New Puppy Board" where more people might see it. Good luck with the pup and hope we'll be seeing a picture of the little one.
