I think this topic would be a great one to exsplore for all dog owners. Especialy for owners of "supposed" BANNED dogs GSD's, Pitt-bulls, even Min. Pin.s are considered BANNED by SOME Home Owners Ins. Companies. I think we as dog owners should know what Ins. companies deserve our business and thouse that do not! I have owned a 75 lbs. GSD in New York, we had Amica as our Home Owners policy holder and never had any trouble. The dog has since passed and I have now moved to New Hampshire and I am looking at houses but I want to know what companies I can do business with when I get another German Shepard Dog?

I know my mom had a hard time finding home owners insurance because she has a min pin. We are in Maine. I can ask her who she does go through now when I talk to her again. She is on vacation right now.
