Best brush for short-hair?

katie_and_gabe May 09, 2005 04:12 PM

Our two mini's are shorthair and are shedding. Is there a certain type of brush that will trap a lot of this excess hair? Just having them sit on my lap petting them leaves me dog hair all over my shirt and pants.

Thanks
Gabe

Hi!

I use one of those mitt glove type brushes, where it fits on your hand just like a glove and has small nubs. Then, I can just sit and pet, seems to get quite a bit of hair.

Do you have an photos of your babies?

Awwwww....what sweethearts! I so want a mini dachshund, but I don't know if I can talk my DH into one. We have greyhounds now, and I do love my greyhounds, but I love mini's also. Here's a pic of Candy, who we got for my parents a few years back.
