Our 6 month old Doxie is getting spayed this week. Any Do's and Don't or any advice period, that we should know for when she comes home from the vet?

Ask the vet how long she needs to be on restricted activity, and do it faithfully. That means absolutely no running and no jumping. It may not be easy, but it gives your dog a huge advantage in healing as quickly and well as possible.
