Grumpy Guy

webmaster Jun 23, 2005 03:09 PM

I have a 12 year old doxie who has cancer and has been operated on seveal times for this, we have decided to let him live without further operations, but my question is he has these bumps on his chest and the vet has given us these pads to wipe on the bumps. This seems to help, but my question is if we bring the continer out he istantly runs away and then growls and will snap at you. This has to be done 2-3 times a day. The only time I can do it is when he is in his bed at night, but he still growls. Any answers on how to apply without upsetting him?

Sounds like it hurts the dog. Talk to your veterinarian about it. There is usually more than one way to treat a problem.
