i have a 10 week jrt. she is unlike any other dog i've ever had. very aggresive. i would like to get her involved in some fun activies to use up some of her energy. does anyone know of any clubs in northern MI that i might join?

I don't know of any clubs, but I can offer you some pointers if you are interested. My JRT was agressive as well, but now he is just as gentle and loving as can be.
I would recommend getting the book "Jack Russell Terriers For Dummies". It helped me immensely, and I still use it for reference. The best general advice I can give you is to show your new baby who's the boss - IMMEDIATELY. You have to be more stubborn than your JRT (if that's possible
) Never spank your puppy because if you show aggression, then they will respond the same way. Just be firm, give her lots of love and be very, very patient... 
I'm still learning as well, but if you have any specific questions, please feel free to post them, and I will be happy to share what I have learned with you.

Welcome to the board. I see where Bean has given you some excellent advice. For activities, you might want to check out the Agility Board as well. You may find some helpful advice there. Hope we'll be seeing a picture of your new little one.
