My doie had 3 puppies, they are 3 weeks old. One of the pupies has an extra toe on each foot. The extra toes are above and to the rear of the back feet. Should I be concerned? Anyone have any experience with this? This is a first for me.

Show them to the vet as soon as possible to see if they need to be removed. Since it wasn't done at a few days of age, it may have to wait until spay/neuter time. It takes careful surgery and stitches and good aftercare to prevent the formation of unsightly scars unless it's done very, very young.
