We picked up a puppy (now 6 months old) from the shelter where he has been trained to potty on a weewee pad. Now he refuses to potty outside he only does it on a weewee pad we leave him during the day and refuses to potty out in the street. We kept him in the park one weekend for 12 hours, only then did he potty outside but the next day he went right back to his weewee pad. PLEASE HELP...
