well,I know with humans,it can lead to low birthweight,the warnings on a cigerrete box will tell you that,I don't see why something like that wouldn't occur with puppies as well because of decreased oxygen,not just from the mother breathing smoke,but from particles in the smoke taking a while to get out of her system
