Does anyone know of any good breeders in the Tulsa, OK area? I want a Chi so bad but do not know where to get one.

Would you consider a rescue or a mix? This is a very good time to adopt a dog from a shelter who is ready for adoption, in order to give the shelter a spot for a dog from the hurricane area who will need to be held awhile before the dog can be adopted out. Female Chis are easier to housetrain than males, and this is true of most of the tiny dogs.
