I visited the Taylor, Michigan Animal Control Shelter today.
They have a smaller young black and white BC that was picked up as a stray yesterday or the day before. It will be held for 5 days and then is available for adoption if the owner doesn't come forward to claim it. It looks as though its been loose for a while as the black fur has a reddish cast to it from not eating a good diet. Has one brown eye and one that is bluish-white. I can't remember if it was a male or a female.
I've tried contacting the BC rescue group in Romulus, MI but both messages that I emailed bounced back even though they were different address. I don't know if they are still active even.
I have a pomeranian already and wouldn't be able to take this one in. If you know of anyone in that group tell them the emails don't work at their website and please give them a heads up on this dog.
