it looks like a lab or pointer mix. it's really cute! you won't really be able to tell until it gets older though. cuz the place where i got my pup says that he's a st bernard lab mix. and he does not look like a st. bernard. he looks like a big jack russel. lol. congrats on getting a new member in the family!

looks like Australian Cattle Dog to me
often Rat Terriers will be that coloration/have ticking.
