There is so much good info on the internet on GSDs. I researched a LOT of it. I asked some, but not all of the questions I should while on the phone, figured to confer when I saw the pup in person, although I like the fact that they took their pups to the vet twice in the first seven weeks just for checkups and shots, and were open and honest with me.

My advice is to make a list of important stuff to ask the breeder and ASK ALL OF IT OVER THE PHONE. Or else when you go see litters, take a disinterested person with you that will help you look, observe, and ask the right questions.

Sometimes, when a big happy sturdy pup comes over and plants his paw on your foot and looks up at you, it is hard to be objective about the whole thing.
He's in the living room now, will start thinking of names in the morning.......
