she asked the petco employess about the food and they said it was good. by reading the label it seems like a well balanced food. it does have corn in it though

is the food pro plan good? my mom bought it from petco

Finding a good food is hard, and it will depend on what works best for your little one.
Pro Plan has not worked well for our Chihuahuas, nor did it work well for my hounds. I do know another person with hounds who it does work well for.
My suggestion for Chihuahuas is the food that my family found works very well for all of our Chihuahuas. The food is Avoderm small bites, it can be found at PetCo also. When we changed to it for our Chihuahua's (roughly about 10 years ago) their coats became healthier and my little girl really picked up. My family has been feeding Avoderm ever since. Every now and then another food has been tried but it never keeps them as healthy as the Avoderm.
What about any other Chi owners? What have you found that works for your Chi babies?
