I really dont agree with H Lizardlover!

I dont think iguanas have a fixed personality!I dont think there are iguanas that are always mad and crazy and i dont think there are iguanas that are always sweet and tender!
Godzilla my male that i adopted out used to be the sweetest thing on the whole world until i bought others males and he felt threatened.
THOR (that used to be caged since birth with 2 other males iguanas) has always been grumpy and aggressive.Since i caged him alone in a very large cage he became sweet and calm!
With Ariel that was caged next to Zombie the same thing happened. He was always nervous and could not tolerate to be handled. As soon as i adopted Zombie out he became calm and loves to be petted!
IMHO what determines an ig's personality is the environment where he has been raised, not his DNA.

I don't agree with most of what he says. But after buying his book on ebay for about a buck I find him amusing. I must admit his photos of the iguanas give me the willies,

Iguanas are just children with scales and long tails.

Count me in, about 90% of what he says is just plain goofy!
