My family and I are going away on vacation and leaving our nine month old Australian Shepherd behind with one of my friends. We're kind of worried that she will not remember us when we get back or perhaps not want to come home. I can hardly stand to be away from my baby for one day let alone two weeks. Is this something I should be worried about or am I overreacting?
My mother also wants to know how Lexie would act with a new baby in the house.

Wild horses wouldn't get me on a vacation without my dogs, but no, they don't forget people. Just let her catch your scent, since that is their strongest sense.
