i have a beautiful, wonderful, almost perfect 2 year old chihuahua/pug mix (named jujubean) who has a liver shunt and needs surgery soon. i was quoted $3,500-$5,500 depending on how straightforward or complicated the surgery is. as a student, i am scraping bottom to try to come up with the cash (even my care credit limit only covers $1,500 -- i'm doing EVERYTHING i can think of), so i have entered little jujubean in a photo contest that could cover $1,000 of the surgery if she wins. she needs a high score and to have one of the top 10 numbers of votes (regardless of her score), so if you stop voting after you vote for her, it helps her that much more! right now, i need about 3,500 more (high) votes. if you'd vote for my little baby, we would be soooo appreciative. thank you, dog hobbyists!!!
