Supraorbital semicircle scales question...

lauraLSU Oct 09, 2003 08:56 PM

Bonita seems to be a western C. collaris becuse the scales do not fuse in the middle and I am pretty sure she is a C. collaris.
Vegas has fused scales so that makes him an eastern C. collaris. This range difference won't have any effect when I breed them? I don't think that it will, but I just wanted to pass it by y'all.

You can breed any of the collareds together and get offspring.
The supraorbital semicircles isn't 100% accurate but it is pretty close. Alot of the collareds in southern and southwestern Texas have seperate rows of scales that don't fuse but they are pretty far east.
