Hi!

Wow, I did some searching and they are expensive for the motorized ones. They have dog powered ones that aren't near as expensive. I found this site that is about training a pit bill for the treadmill:

www.pitbulllovers.com/training-articles/training-your-pit-bull-for-treadmill-work.html

It has a couple of links to where you can purchase treadmills that they recommend. I don't know if they are any good, but worth looking into I guess.

Dogs come into our lives, and too quickly go leaving pawprints on our hearts, and we will never be quite the same again.

You can check out www.gamedogs.com Great site
There's lots of links for conditioning equipment there.
You can try flea markets or yard sales and classified ads for electric treadmills which can be easily converted for your dog to use.
Good luck!

unless your are working your dog out for some kind of compition (weight pull/conformation ect) then a human electric mill should work fine for exercise.

a carpet mill is used to build strenght and muscle mass, a slat mill is to build up stamina. Both are very expensive.

good luck in your search.
