I just adopted a GSD X (with what we do not know) she looks GSD and we can't see anything else yet.

I was wondering if anyone could say if she was average GSD height and weight. She's 21 lbs and 16 inches at the shoulder. she's 11.5 weeks old

She should be a good sized dog when she's fully grown, right?

My GSD mix (unknown) was 20 lbs at 15.5 weeks, so i assume yours will be LARGE when fully grown.My friends purebred 3 year old GSD is 95 lbs.

I asked the same question almost a year ago. I started out with a 8week old Female GSD that wieghted about 25lbs and now at 14months she's averaged out to 75-80lbs. I also aquired a chart that might help you out. http://www.nwk9.com/weight_height.htm
