Does anyone know the average size of a Husky at 7 months? Mine looks a little small for her age.

By size I mean height and weight. Sorry I should have worded that more clearly.

Well is your husky a male or female?
What size were the parents when they were full grown, and how large was your dog in the rest of the litter? Was it the smallest, middle or biggest puppy of the litter?
Has your dog been sick as a puppy?
Lots of information that can determine how big your dog should be... but I would worry more once he/she is full grown as to whether or it's in the appropriate weight range for a healthy husky.
If this is your first exposure to a husky(hey, it could be, lots of people see them on TV and buy one) keeping in mind that a husky is not the large bruiser of a dog that people think they are
