>>I walk a French Bulldog/Jack Russell Terrier Mix. I will take her outside for a good hour having her walk around to eliminate. She won't. Once we get in the house though she goes in a different room and poops or pees all over the place, which I then have to clean up. She tears up the kitchen and bathroom floor too when penned up, and sometimes bites or plays roughly when excited. What do I do???

Dogs who hide to eliminate have sometimes been punished for housetraining accidents. They don't understand it was about where they did it, and think that doing it around humans is dangerous. You might help this problem by discontinuing all correction for accidents and giving the dogs praise and rewards for eliminating outdoors.
Tearing up floors can be the result of confining dogs behind closed doors. That's why we recommend baby gates instead. If one is not high enough, stack another one above it for added height.
This is a pistol of a dog mix, and I expect you'll need some expert help in person to handle the biting. A veterinary behavior specialist is the best place to start.
