Vomitting

My dog vomitted 3 times in about 8 hours - yellow liquidy stuff. It started about 24 hours after his regular meal. I didn't want to feed him his regular meal again so I gave him some bread then an hour after that some Cheerios. He vomitted again 2 hours after that - yellow stuff with the Cheerios (I don't know if the bread was there.) I gave him Pepcid AC and he hasn;t vomitted since. That was about 9 hours ago. He is a lab/shep/sharpei/? mix, 79 lbs, and 4 years old. He is acting fine other than the vomitting. Any suggestions?

If it was my dog, I'd probably wait and see if he vomits again. If so, I'd go to the vet. If not, maybe he just ate something bad and had to get it out of his system... I hope he feels better soon~
